1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship orders via USPS. Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
Estimated delivery times provided by carriers are not guaranteed. Spice Symphony is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Spice Symphony is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Spice Symphony is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
5. Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery through our website’s Contact Form. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
6. International Shipping (If Applicable)
For international orders, including shipments to Canada, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing. Spice Symphony is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
7. Local Pickup (If Offered)
If local pickup is selected at checkout, customers will receive notification when their order is ready. Pickup instructions and timing will be provided via email.
