What makes Spice Symphony different?
Our blends are inspired by heritage and global flavor traditions, and are crafted in small batches for freshness. We focus on layered, aromatic profiles without additives or preservatives.
Are your blends free from additives and preservatives?
Yes. We do not use fillers, artificial colors, or preservatives, only thoughtfully blended spices.
Do your blends contain salt or sugar?
Most of our blends are crafted without added sugar or salt. Select blends, such as Chaat Masala and our global blends contain these ingredients as part of their traditional flavor profile. Please refer to each product’s profile for information.
How long do your blends stay fresh?
For the fullest expression of aroma and depth, we recommend enjoying within 12 months. With regular home cooking, many of our customers finish a 1.8 oz jar in approximately two months.
How should I store my spices?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve freshness and aroma.
Will my product look exactly like the photos?
Product images represent the blend and packaging design. As a small-batch product made with natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, and packaging details may occur. These do not affect quality or flavor.
Will packaging look the same from batch to batch?
We strive to maintain a consistent look across our jars and pouches. As a small-batch brand, minor variations in packaging details may occasionally occur.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
Is the Fresh All-Purpose Base Sauce available for shipping?
At this time, the Fresh All-Purpose Base Sauce is available for local pickup in Salt Lake City only. Please contact us for more information.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship orders via USPS. Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Spice Symphony is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the consumable nature of our spice products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for opened or used products, orders placed in error, changes in taste preference, improper storage after delivery, or shipments sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using our website’s Contact Form.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we may issue a replacement or a refund to the original payment method at our discretion. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
