Spice Symphony is committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted spice blends. Because our products are consumable food items, we maintain a strict final sale policy as outlined below.

1. All Sales Final

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our spice products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products purchased in error
  • Changes in taste preference
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this final sale policy.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please submit your request through our website’s Contact Form and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • A detailed description of the issue

Failure to provide notice within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

If the claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Issue a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund to the original method of payment

Spice Symphony reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.

3. Shipping Issues

Spice Symphony is not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
  • Damage resulting from extreme weather conditions after delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address at checkout.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if requested before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order with Spice Symphony, you agree to contact us directly through our website before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may delay resolution and could result in restriction of future purchases.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spice Symphony shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
