Dish 1: Dhaba Style Dal Tadka

mixture of 5 to 6 dals (lentils), onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chili, whole spices, kasuri methi, in-house spice blend, ghee 

The chicken is marinated in a spice blend that is mixed in a little yoghurt, and then cooked with onions, tomatoes, ginger, and garlic after adding some whole spices in the cooking oil.
