Masala Chai

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk or milk alternative
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp black tea
- 1/4 tsp freshly grated ginger (optional)
- 1/4 tsp Spice Symphony Chai Masala
Method
- Combine water, tea, milk, sugar, and grated ginger in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly to avoid overflow.
- When the tea turns a warm brown color, add the Chai Masala.
- Stir, turn off the heat, and let it steep for another 2 minutes.
- Strain into two cups and enjoy with a cookie or croissant.
